What is included?
 It starts with a "walkaround" consultation: we check all the rooms and give advice for changes needed that will increase the value and discuss which would be most price effective. If you agree with the cost of changes and items needed, you will get a written list of things to do and a  detailed shopping list with links to where you can buy them.
 If the property is unfurnished, you will get a layout plan  and suggestions for a rental package and/ or a list of furniture and accessories along with links to where you can buy them.
