What is included? 
It starts with a "walkaround" consultation (virtual "walkaround" also available).  We check all the rooms, give advice for the changes needed that will increase the value of the property, and which alterations would be more price effective. If you agree with the changes and items needed, you will get a written report about the things to do and need to buy.
